Train with Relate
Relate offers a range of relationship education and training courses and workshops for the public, voluntary and public sector organisations, schools and businesses.
Courses are developed through our central external education and training unit and delivered at Relate locations in England and Wales.
If you are a trained trainer interested in working for Relate you can be based at a Relate near you or as an Associate Trainer on contracts arranged by Relate's Central Office.
Relate's workshops help people develop practical skills, gain a greater understanding of their relationships and meet others who are going through similar things. Courses are run in small groups, as day-long sessions or over a number of evenings. They are often formally accredited by OCN.

Applicants normally need to have one or more of the following:
- Certificate in Training and Practice
- Diploma in Training and Management
- City and Guilds 7307 or the newly named 7407
- NVQ Level 3 in Training and Development
In some cases trainers will need counselling skills, plus understanding of life stages and experience of the design, delivery, evaluation and monitoring of training in a variety of settings.
If you don't hold these qualifications we may be able to offer access to appropriate training.
