Homelessness Mediation

Based on our experience in a number of local authorities around the country, and on research into other existing homelessness prevention services, we have developed a new standards framework for local authorities delivering a homelessness mediation service.

Currently in development is our new homelessness mediation service which combines the therapeutic and mediation elements to deliver more effective and enduring outcomes for families. It is underpinned by a newly developed training.
