Employee Support Programmes

An Employee Support Programme from Relate can ensure that if any of your employees could benefit from relationship support services for their personal relationships, such as with a partner or family, they can do so quickly, confidentially and without having to worry about cost.

Whilst we don't claim to have an overnight cure, the vast majority of people tend to start to feel more encouraged once they have taken the initial step to address an issue and this has positive repurcussions for others, including you as their employer.

Programmes tailored to your needs

Once we have established your requirements from a programme, we will tailor a package to suit the demands and logistics of your organisation based on various factors such as location(s) and number of employees.

We are able to provide preferential access to our nationwide network of local Centres that provide face-to-face services, as well as our telephone and online services - all giving options to your employees.

As an employer, you will agree to pay for an agreed number of sessions on behalf of your employee. We strongly recommend that people are allowed to self-refer and Relate will assist you in publicising the scheme internally.

Employees will be given a confidential relationship support service.

Evaluation

We can provide you generic statistics on numbers and why staff have used the service. Relate will not divulge any information that will identify any individual, as confidentiality is essential for all that use our services.
