From Emotions to Solutions
This is a one-day workshop for people who want to know how to handle other people’s emotions during one to one discussions and remain in control of a situation.
The Emotions to Solutions course can be accredited through SRA and can provide a minimum of 5 hours towards CPD for Family Law Practitioners.
This course is ideally suited to those who work with clients on highly emotional cases.
Topics covered include:
- disclosure, rapport and empathy
- managing feelings
- active listening
- questioning techniques
