How can I make a Telephone Counselling appointment?

Call the Telephone Counselling booking line on 0300 100 1234.

The booking line is open on Monday and Tuesday: 8am to 9pm, Wednesday and Thursday: 8am to 9pm, Friday: 8am to 5pm and Saturday: 9am to 5pm (excluding Bank Holidays).

Please have your credit/debit card to hand.
