APR 10 / Help Relate and mumsnet and win a family weekend in Wales

Relate has teamed up with mumsnet to find out more about how being pregnant or having a baby has affected your relationship.

If you've had a baby with a partner or you're with a partner and pregnant for the first time, please take a few minutes to fill in our survey (opens in a new window).
