SEP 06 2012 / Evaluating our services

Relate is currently involved in a major evaluation project for the Department for Education (DfE) to evaluate the effectiveness of the Relationship counselling we provide, both by phone and face to face. The evaluation may help to determine future funding decisions, as the DfE seeks the best ways of providing relationship support.

Relate understands the importance of evaluating our work and proving our efficacy and we are pleased to participate in the DfE’s evaluation. We are very grateful to clients who are participating in the evaluation, as this helps us to prove to government the effectiveness of the services we offer.
