Reveal Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions set out how the relationship between you and Relate will operate in regard to the ordering by you of a Reveal Report from the Relate website.
The Services
Relate undertakes to:
Process the completed questionnaire as submitted by the user;
Analyse the questionnaire on the basis of the answers given;
Prepare a report, the Reveal Report ("the Report") on the basis of this analysis; and
Send the Report based on the analysis of your answers to the questionnaire to the e-mail address given by the user. If you wish to ensure that the Report is not seen by others, you are advised to use an e-mail address to which only you have access. ("the Services")
The costs of the Report to you and any other costs will be provided to you in the form of an invoice. The invoice will also include Relate's VAT registration number.
These terms and conditions and the Services are only available in English.
Confidentiality and data protection
Relate and Insights (Relate's strategic partner) process the personal data (as defined by the Data Protection Act 1998 ("the 1998 Act")) submitted by you for the purposes of production of the Report and responding to any enquires you may have. The Report will be deleted automatically 21 days after it is sent to you. Your personal data will be retained by Relate following the end of the contractual relationship between you and Relate.
Due to the international nature of the Internet it is possible that your personal data may be transferred outside of the European Economic Area to a country which does not have the same protection requirements for personal data as within the EEA.
By accepting these terms and conditions you give explicit consent to Relate and Insights to process your sensitive personal data in relation to the production of a Report.
Your personal data will not be used other than for the stated purposes.
The processing of the information given complies with the 1998 Act.
Cancellation Policy
The Report is tailored to your specific needs and is personalised to you, it cannot be returned to Relate once it has been received by you as the cancellation rights granted under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 are excluded from these Terms and Conditions.
Relate will accept cancellation of the order for a Report if the order is cancelled prior to the preparation of the Report. Cancellation is not possible once Relate or its sub-contractors have commenced preparation of the Report.
Secure on-line payment / refund policy / amendments
We understand that you may have concerns about using your credit card on the internet, which is why purchases of the Report are made using a secure server provided by WorldPay plc.
Refunds are not available once the Report has been sent to you.
Relate aims to provide the Report within three working days of receipt of the completed questionnaire, however in exceptional circumstances it may take up to fourteen days for the Report to be provided. If we fail to send your Report to the e-mail address you supplied within 10 working days of the questionnaire being sent to us, we will make a full refund. A working day in this context is a weekday, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

Disclaimer
The Report does not give a definitive analysis of the user and his/her character and behaviour. It provides an analysis of the answers given to the questionnaire, in order to indicate the user's typical behaviour. It is intended to help users to gain a better understanding of themselves and how they interact with those around them, but is not designed to help and will not assist users to find their "ideal" partner.
Relate accepts no liability for the Report failing to match the users perception of themselves.
System requirements
The questionnaire requires a web browser with cookies enabled. (This is the default setting in most web browsers). The Report will be e-mailed to you in PDF format. You will need Acrobat Reader to view the Report. This is available as a free download from [insert download information]. To print the Report, a colour printer is preferable, but it is possible to read it in black and white.
Support
If you have any technical problems using this questionnaire, please e-mail support@insightsworld.com for help. Please include details of the operating system your computer is running, and the version of the web browser you are using.
If the evaluator doesn't let you progress through the questions, and keeps returning you to the initial page, the problem might be occurring because you don't have "cookies" enabled in your web browser. The questionnaire uses cookies to store information as you move through the pages, and if cookies are turned off, it thinks that you're not entering data. To check that cookies are enabled in Internet Explorer, go to the Tools menu and select Internet Options… In the dialog, select the Security tab and click on Internet. If the security level is set to the default level Medium then cookies should work.
Other queries
Included with the Report and the supporting documentation are details of how to contact Relate if you have any queries about the content of the Report. This service is designed to deal with factual questions covering the meaning of any words or phrases in the Report. It is not a counselling service, which if required, is provided by local Relate Centres.
Legal jurisdiction and dispute resolution
English law shall apply to this Agreement between you and Relate. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts in England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of, under, or in connection with these Terms or the legal relationship established by them, and for those purposes irrevocably submit all disputes to the jurisdiction of the English courts. The place of performance shall be England.
Legal identity
Relate is a company limited by guarantee, registered in England and Wales, no 394221 and a registered charity , registration no 207314. Relate's Registered Office is at Premier House, Carolina Court, Lakeside, Doncaster DN4 5RA.
Copyright
The Report and the questionnaire are produced for you and the copyright in the Report and the Questionnaire is owned by Relate. The questionnaire should never be copied and the Report should not be copied without the express permission of Relate.
Statutory Rights
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Statements by the User
I am 18 years old or older.
I have read and understood the above terms and conditions.
I authorise Relate to reply to the e-mail address given by me and I will accept responsibility for any of the consequences, which may arise from Relates use of this address.
Acceptance of Terms
By completing the questionnaire and sending it to Relate for processing you agree to pay for the Report and accept the terms and conditions specified above.
