Password
Choose a password you will remember. If you forget and want to have a follow-up consultation please contact us informing us of the e-mail address you asked your original consultation to be sent to.

Word limit
The word limit for your Relate Online consultation is 500 words
If you go over the word limit you will be told on the next page. You may find it useful to write your query in a word-processing package, such as Word, or on paper and check the number of words before entering it in the box.
How to do a word count
500 words looks like approximately two-thirds of an A4 page in Microsoft Word or 30 lines of type across a 15cm wide page.
If you are using Microsoft Word you can run a word count to check how many you have written. Go to the Tools menu and select Word Count…
If you wish to copy what you have written in Word into the E-consulting query box follow these steps:
1. Highlight the text you have written using your mouse. Place the cursor in front of the first word, hold down the left mouse button and drag the mouse across the text to the last word. Once all the text is highlighted release the left mouse button.
2. Go to Edit in the menu bar and select Copy
3. Go back to the Internet browser window where your E-consulting form is open.
4. Place the mouse cursor in the query box.
5. Go to Edit in the menu bar and select Paste
6. After checking all your other information is correct, please Submit your query.
