A friendly and non-judgemental place to gain advice and share experiences
A number of Relate Centres are running support group sessions which will offer people the opportunity to talk about their experiences with like-minded people who are in a similar situation. Support groups cover a range of discussion points around relationships and family life and are facilitated by a trained Relate counsellor. See below for more information about what groups are running currently.

Support group running: “Step Parents” (helping people gain greater understanding of being a step parent, and how to manage the role)
