Inside Out
This one day workshop is for all prisoners and their partners. After periods of imprisonment, couples need to learn together how to plan a new life with one another again and learn how to have a healthy relationship.

This 1-day workshop is for partners or parents of prisoners and aims to help them reduce the harmful effects of prison on their family. The focus is on children’s needs and improving communication between prisoners and their families. Offers a supportive environment.
