Together
Research shows that lesbian and gay couples often have excellent skills in maintaining strong relationships. We also know that stepping up the nature of your commitment as a couple can have a big impact.
The Together workshop is run by a male and female trainer experienced in working with lesbian and gay couples and their relationships. The workshop is designed to be both fun and interactive.
Discussions mostly take place between you and your partner privately. There's no expectation on you to share your personal experiences but many participants like to do so.

- Understanding couple conflict and how to argue constructively
- Manage your changing expectations
- The strengths of your relationship and how to capitalise on them in the long term
