What is Sex Therapy?
All couples go through phases where they don’t have the time or energy for regular sex. Our specialist Sex Therapists, provide a safe, confidential space to talk about what are very personal and, sometimes embarrassing issues.
How to get started?
Call us or Contact us to register.
Once you have registered with us you will be offered an assessment session. This will help us to understand the difficulties you are experiencing so that we can make sure we are the right agency to support you longer term. We will see you as a couple and then you will each have an individual session with a counsellor. This way we are able to get a full picture of your situation.
When you start Sex Therapy
If Sex Therapy is considered appropriate, you will start to see your therapist on a weekly basis. All of the work you do in the therapy room is based on talking, however, you are also given homework to do with your partner in the privacy of your own home.
When will Sex Therapy help?
Sex Therapy is incredibly rewarding and 93% of couples who've used the service said that it improved their sex life. If you've stopped having sex, this programme can help you to rediscover it. If sexual problems are preventing you from starting a family, sex therapy can address the psychological and physical issues and help you to conceive.
How much will it cost?
The initial assessment process costs £75 per session, if ongoing counselling is agreed, each weekly session will cost £75. We will book 15 weekly sessions for this service. Funding and bursary information is available on our how much do we charge page.

You can contact us between 1 and 6 months after you have completed your counselling and have up to 3 one-off 50 minute sessions with one of our counsellors.
