We don't just offer relationship counselling. We also support individuals through whatever might be going on for them -- whether that's related to their relationships or not. We're here to help when life gets difficult.

What is Personal Counselling?

We all encounter challenges from time to time. Personal Counselling offers you a safe and non-judgmental environment to help you find a way through any difficulties you may be facing, helps you maintain your personal well-being and build resilience for the future.

How to get started?

Call us or Contact us to register.
Initially, all our clients will have an assessment session. This will help us to understand the difficulties you are experiencing so that we can make sure we are the right agency to support you long-term.

When you start counselling

Once you start counselling it will involve a series of regular weekly, 50-minute counselling sessions - anything between 6 and up to a maximum of 15 sessions, depending on the issues you are experiencing. We help you develop tools and techniques to handle those issues so that you can find a way forward that allows you to flourish.

I am now happier, more confident, more in control, and able to cope with my problems. I would not have been able to deal with these alone without the support of Relate Cambridgeshire and am extremely grateful.
