Relationship Counselling can help with serious issues in your relationship or just help you and your partner to strengthen your connection.  We offer a range of services to people of all ages, backgrounds, sexual orientations and gender identities to strengthen their relationships.

One Session Therapy is a new service to help you work through a specific issue quickly with one of our counsellors. You can come alone or attend with a friend, family member or partner so that you can work together on an issue with your counsellor.

Talking about your sex life can be difficult or even embarrassing. But it's also one of the best ways to get through any issues. 

We know that families can be a wonderful source of support, but that they can also present challenges too. If your family is working through something difficult at the moment, you may find it useful to talk to a counsellor.
