Counselling provides a caring and confidential environment where you can talk about issues and think about how you might like to approach them.

Relationship Counselling can help with serious issues in your relationship or just help you and your partner to strengthen your connection. We offer a range of services to people of all ages, backgrounds, sexual orientations and gender identities to strengthen their relationships.

It’s been really helpful for me to understand my partner and myself better. I think what I have learnt will be very valuable going forward.

What sort of issues can counselling help with?

People come to see us for all sorts of reasons.

You might be arguing all the time or even on the verge of breaking up. You might have found that the fizzle has gone out of things and you want to get it back. Or you might be happy in your relationship, but want to know how to make sure things stay that way.

If you've recently come out of a relationship, you might want to talk about what happened and what you might like to do next. Or if you've been single for a while and are having trouble finding a relationship, you might like to talk about that.

Whatever the issue, your counsellor will not judge you and everything you say will be confidential.

What's the cost of counselling?

We are a charity and don't make a profit from the services we provide. We currently charge £72 for each counselling session. We know that you might have concerns about the cost of living right now, and we have a variety of options available for people on lesser incomes or who might struggle to pay.

The best way to find out if we can help is to get in touch.
