Siân Merriott, Centre Manager
Siân is the strategic lead for the Centre. She takes particular responsibility for governance and oversight of the running of the Centre including region wide contracts. Siân has an open door for queries about any aspect of the work of Relate Dorset and South Wiltshire.

Debbie Munday, Business Development Manager
Debbie plays a key role in shaping the fundraising strategy of the organisation to support the business plan, driving forward new initiatives to ensure long term growth and sustainability. Debbie has worked for a Relate for a number of years, building a good understanding of our organisation and our services.

Melissa Turner, Admin Team Leader
Melissa Turner coordinates the Admin team in Dorchester and Salisbury who respond to all enquiries and then manage the appointments diary for new and on going clients for counselling. Melissa also oversees specific contracts across the region.
Melissa's extensive administration skills have been honed working in both the Voluntary and Private sector.
Alison Lesley-Smith, Conference Manager
Alison is the face of our Inspirations Centre in Dorchester, which serves as both main Centre and a busy Conference Centre hosting training and meetings. Alison manages the Conference facility, providing all the day-to-day support. Alison also manages our Supervised Contact work and co-ordinates our volunteers and work placement students.
Alison has a strong background in customer services with both a retail and school management experience.
