Room hire and charges
Penfold Room
The Penfold conference room facilities:
The Penfold Room is equipped with a wall mounted 55" TV offering HDMI connection. On request photocopying and flipcharts with pens are available (nominal charge). This room is ideal for larger gatherings or events.
The room can fit:
Up to 40 people theatre-style
Up to 25 people cabaret
Up to 25 people boardroom
Up to 50 people standing
Hourly and day rates available
This room can be hired for £24 per hour plus VAT, or through a bespoke package. We will reduce rates for charities.
Bryant Room
The Bryant Room Office Facilities:
The Bryant room is an ideal small office space that can fit one or two people. It can be booked for daily or longer term hire. It is private and has desks, a filing cabinet and free Wi-Fi; a perfect small working office environment. Printing and copying facilities can be provided.
Available for half a day at £45 plus VAT and for a full day at £85 plus VAT. Bespoke packages offered for longer term bookings and we will reduce rates for charities.
Smaller Meeting Rooms
O Neill Suite Meeting rooms facilities:
We have 4 small meeting rooms available for hire, which are great for smaller scale meetings, private counselling, or events. Each room can fit up to 3 people and has Wi-Fi access.
Available for £12 plus VAT per hour. We will reduce rates for charities
Refreshments
We are able to offer:
Chilled and filtered water on demand.
We are able to provide fresh lunches including sandwich platters and quiche.
We also have a wide selection of teas, coffees, juice and biscuits charged per head.
Dietary requirements can be catered for.
