Our team at Relate Dorset & South Wiltshire is responsible for the effective management and running of our Centre.

Sheila MaycockSheila Maycock, Centre Manager

Sheila is the strategic lead for the Centre. She takes particular responsibility for governance and the Separated Parents Information Programme regional contract but has an open door for queries about any aspect of the work of Relate Dorset and South Wilts.

Sheila is a BACP accredited counsellor and brings experience of working in the Court system, for the Local Authority, within Housing and the Charity sector.

Martin DavisMartin Davis, Business Development Manager

Martin works alongside Sheila in ensuring the business functions as effectively as possible ensuring the most efficient use of resource to support our services, driving forward new business initiatives and developing relationships with our supporters and funders.

Martin enjoyed a military career and has recent project management experience in the private sector and delivery of complex training solutions.  He has been a volunteer with Relate for 5 years and supports other local charities.

Debbie Munday, Admin Team Leader

Debbie is the engine of the Admin team, she coordinates the team who respond to all enquiries and then mange the appointments diary for new and on going clients for counselling and mediation.  Debbie also oversees specific contracts across the region.

Debbie’s extensive administration skills have been honed working in both the Public and Private sector and as a trainer.

Alison Lesley-Smith, Conference Manager

Alison is the face of our Inspirations Centre in Dorchester, which serves as both a regional HQ and a busy Conference Centre hosting training and meetings.  Alison manages the Conference facility and provides all the day-to-day support.  Alison also co-ordinates the many volunteers across the region who are vital in providing support in our dispersed places.  

Alison has a strong background in customer services with both a retail and school management experience.
