Book an appointment
If you'd like to book an appointment for any of our services here's how to go about it.
Whether you're having problems in your relationship or you'd just like to understand your partner better, talking things through with one of our counsellors can make a real difference.

If your family is going through a difficult time at the moment you might find it helpful to talk to a counsellor about what's going on.
Separated Parents Information Programme
A short, structured course for parents designed to help them understand the impact of ongoing parental conflict on their children during separation or divorce.
Children and Young People's Counselling
If you're not feeling like yourself or you're having problems at home or at school, counselling can help. Our counsellors will listen to your concerns and help you get back to enjoying life again.
Web & Email Counselling
Using web or internet based tools is a convenient way to talk to a counsellor. You can now contact one of our counsellors using a webcam or via email.
Support to Armed Forces
It can be hard maintaining a relationship in the armed forces. Long deployments and a lack of opportunities to communicate can put real pressure on things. That's why we supply a set number of free sessions of Counselling and Sex Therapy to members of the Army, Royal Navy, Royal Marines and the Air Force.
If you are separating or divorcing Family Mediation helps you and your ex partner make arrangements for your children, finances and property. Mediation can also help resolve disputes between family members, neighbours and in the workplace.
Supervised Child Contact Sessions
Our supervised child contact sessions provide a safe environment for children from separated families to have contact with their parents or other important people in their lives.
Training and Education
We run a Programme of CPD courses for counsellors, psychotherapists and practitioners working or studying interrelated professions. All our courses reflect current professional requirements, enabling you to enhance your practice.
