One-off counselling for relationships and family life

A single, focused counselling session to help you tackle one relationship issue - like a recent argument, a breakup, or stress at home. One session therapy provides you with the tools you need to make sense of things and practical steps to take action.

It lasts 50 minutes and can be done on Zoom from one or two different locations. The session costs £75, and we’ll try to see you within 24 hours, at a time that’s convenient for you.

Regular counselling to help you make lasting change

Ongoing counselling is one of the main ways we support people to strengthen their relationships. In ongoing counselling, you'll be matched with a counsellor who will work with you over a defined period of time - generally around six 50 minute sessions. That might involve regular weekly or fortnightly therapy to explore deeper relationship patterns, emotional wellbeing, or long-term stress.

You can read more about the types of ongoing counselling we offer below.

Individual counselling to help you move forward

Talk one-to-one with a therapist about relationship struggles, low self-esteem, grief, or anything on your mind - it doesn't have to be about your relationships! Ongoing individual therapy sessions from £55, available online via Zoom.
