You can stop, start, or pause payments whenever you need to, making it simple to change your payment plan if needed.
How can I pay for an upcoming appointment?
Do you need to make a one-off payment for an appointment coming up soon? We want to make this as easy as possible for you, as we ask that all our clients pay for their appointments 48 hours before they happen. You can use our payment platform to make a one-time payment, or you can sign up for automatic payments to make paying for your sessions each week stress-free!
How can I change my appointment time or date?
We know that sometimes things come up which mean you might need to change when your appointment is due to happen. Please bare in mind that we cannot accept any changes to your appointment within the 48 hours before it takes place.
How can I cancel my appointment?
We know that sometimes things come up at the last minute which mean you might need to cancel your appointment. Please bare in mind that we cannot offer refunds if you want to cancel your appointment within the 48 hours before it takes place.
