Online and telephone counselling is just like having a face-to-face counselling session, except you’re talking to a trained counsellor over the computer, tablet or phone.
During covid-19, many of our Centres switched from offering face-to-face counselling, to offering predominantly online or telephone counselling.
As pandemic restrictions have eased, some Centres have moved back to face-to-face sessions, while others have stuck with online and phone counselling.
