CABA is the charity that supports the wellbeing of the chartered accountant community. 

CABA provides support to ACA students, past and present ICAEW members and their close families to empower them to look after their wellbeing. They support thousands of individuals in the UK and across the globe. 

CABA are working in partnership with Relate to provide access to free relationship support and counselling.

What’s on offer?

Couples Relationship Counselling

Relationship counselling can help couples talk through issues, improve understanding, and make positive changes. It offers a safe, confidential space to work through challenges together. Current and former bank employees can access up to six free sessions.

Family Counselling

Family counselling can support you through challenges like sibling conflict, divorce, separation, or adjusting to a new family setup. It can also help with setting new routines or behaviours. Current or former members of the CABA community can access up to six free sessions with their family.

Children’s Counselling Ages 5-10

Counselling for children aged 5 to 10, focusing on their wellbeing and experiences. Support is available for issues like stress, anxiety, family changes, or school pressure. Children of current or former members of the CABA community can access up to six free sessions.

Young People’s Counselling Ages 11-18

If young people in your household are struggling with school, family, or friends, counselling offers a safe space to talk and can help them feel better. Children aged 11-18 of current or former members of the CABA community can access up to six free sessions.

Sex Therapy

Sex Therapy can help if you're experiencing difficulties in your love life and can help you to improve physical intimacy. Current and former members of the CABA community and their partners can access up to 12 free Sex Therapy sessions.
