Since 1832 Retail Trust has worked with the retail industry providing support and improving the lives of all those working in retail.
Retail Trust works closely with businesses and leaders in the industry to build a healthy, happy, diverse and inclusive workforce. It does this through offering career-changing learning opportunities and providing financial, emotional and physical wellbeing services.
In 2021 Retail Trustbegan working in partnership with Relate to provide free counselling for the children of Retail Trustbeneficiaries.
What’s on offer?
Children’s Counselling Ages 5-10
Counselling for children aged 5 to 10, focusing on their wellbeing and experiences. Support is available for issues like stress, anxiety, family changes, or school pressure. Children can get up to six free sessions.
Young People’s Counselling Ages 11-15
If young people in your household are struggling with school, family, or friends, counselling offers a safe space to talk and can help them feel better. Children can access up to six free sessions.
How to access the services
To access the service the parent or primary care giver working within the retail industry should contact Retail Trust on 0808 801 0808 and ask for a referral to Relate.
