One-off family or relationship counselling
A single online counselling session to help you tackle one relationship issue. The 50 minute session costs £75, and you and a partner or family member can join from 2 different locations.
Regular counselling to help you make lasting change
Ongoing counselling starts with an Initial Assessment, then you'll be matched with a counsellor who will provide weekly or fortnightly therapy over an agreed time period - usually around six 50 minute sessions.
Online booking is for Initial Assessments only. If you are already receiving counselling with Relate, please contact us or speak directly with your counsellor to book further sessions.
Relationship counselling
Get professional help from a Relate trained counsellor, whether you're married, partnered or in the process of separating.
Individual counselling
Talk one-to-one with a therapist about relationship struggles, low self-esteem, grief, or anything on your mind.
Counselling for sex and intimacy issues
Our trained sex therapists help people and couples work through things like desire, pain, or feeling disconnected.
