The theme of this year’s Mental Health Awareness Week (15-23 May) is anxiety. We all get anxious from time to time but sometimes these feelings can get out of control and become a mental health issue. Anxiety can also come up in our relationships and if we’re feeling anxious generally, it can impact the way we interact with friends, colleagues, partners and family members.

We’ll be sharing a range of content here and on our social media channels throughout the week covering everything from how to approach relationships when you have an anxious attachment style to dealing with job anxiety around the rise of AI.

If you’re feeling anxious about your relationship or any other areas of your life, we also have a number of services that may be useful.
